1. Lead your Value Stream Mapping event!
Be able to come up with a current state Value Stream Map and identify the constraint or bottleneck.
2. Do an OEE Analysis and a Loss Analysis
Be able to measure and explain OEE, understand losses, and quantify all losses (not only equipment losses)
3. Start doing Gemba Walks
... to validate the data analysis with front line observations, gaining insights into the challenges and key opportunities.
4. Build your Strategic Plan
Learn about each of the Pillar Teams's scope, and use these previous inputs to go from high-level goals into yearly goals and a deployment plan.

- First 2 days can be done remotely/hybrid
- Kickoff
- Training/coaching on Strategic Planning, Gemba Walks, Constraints, OEE, Loss Analyses
- Videos, discussions, & assessments.
- A fun group Simulation Exercise!
- Get any doubts answered through group discussions and coach guidance.
- Last 2 days would be doing the real life VSM/OEE Analysis and Strategic Planning. This would be facilitated in a hybrid format, or in-person facilitated at an extra cost.
- First 2 days can be done remotely/hybrid
- You can either get the first 2 days only (Workshop), or the entire 4 days (Workshop + Session).
