Yes!  We offer our coaching exercises in English, Spanish, Dutch, Arabic, and Portuguese (more languages coming soon!) and the lessons are auto-translated to any other language!

The lessons contain all the materials for 2 coaching programs described (White Belt and Red Belt).  During the first Coaching Call we'll discuss and make sure you're taking the right path and guide you when some group of lessons (sub-modules) don't apply to you so you can skip them.  During the Simulation Calls, you get to choose what role to practice.  Most likely this will be your own role, but you could also practice for the role you would like to get next in your career.  

We encourage learners to take all the lessons, but we understand if you have already received a lot of OpEx training some lessons won't be as valuable.  Therefore, we won't mandate you take every single lesson, or you could watch certain lessons at an increased playback speed.

Yes.  We believe adults learn better by practicing, discussing, doing and teaching others.  The Simulation exercises provide an amazing learning experience, and the open-ended nature of the exercise relies on participants to go through the entire simulation.  Good news is that we would only schedule 1-2 hours maximum at one-time, and that you would be able to catchup in a different group if you miss one.

No fee and no risk at all.  If you're not satisfied with the program halfway through it, you can cancel it and request a refund.  You would then just lose access to the lessons and the Coaching/Simulation calls.
