2. Build expertise in different Pillars/Tools in various areas

Learn about how to use Lean/Kaizen in People Development, 5S Workplace Organization, Daily Management Systems, Quality Management, Commercial Excellence, or Digital Transformation, wherever your opportunities are!

3. Launch a Team and Lead Projects

Develop, launch and lead the right Pillar or Project team at the right time, even if it's a leader's first time!  Tie their goals to the business goals.

4.  Build an Army of Problem Solvers

You will use A3 Team Problem-Solving in an Office environment to solve 80% of problems, without them dragging on for months.  

5. Get a Yellow Belt Certification! (Optional Add-On)

You will be fully prepared to lead a Kaizen Event to make sustainable improvements quickly, without wasted efforts!  You will be able to charter, plan and lead DMAIC projects to solve complex office problems!
