Yes!  We offer our coaching exercises in English,  Spanish, Dutch, Arabic, and Portuguese (more languages coming soon!) and the lessons are auto-translated to any other language!

Yes, we take advantage of technologies that remove language barriers, and our coaches are bilingual!

Follow-up less FAQ:  "What if the coaching exercises are not available in my preferred language?" ...  Just contact us directly at [email protected] explaining your situation, and we'll look for a solution.  We're continuing to grow our exercises to more languages as we expand our network of coaches! 

The lessons contain all the materials for the multiple coaching programs described (Champion, Sponsor, OpEx Leader, Financial Stakeholder). 

During the first Coaching Call, we'll discuss and make sure you're taking the right path and guide you when some group of lessons (sub-modules) don't apply to you so you can skip them.  You will still have access to all the other belts' specific lessons, so even if your role changes, you'll be able to "adjust course". 

During the Simulation Calls, you get to choose what role to practice.  Most likely, this will be your own role.  But you could also practice for the role you would like to get next in your career, or for the roles you coach others on.

We encourage learners to take all the lessons, but we understand if you have already received a lot of OpEx training some lessons won't be as valuable.  Therefore, we won't mandate you take every single lesson, or you could watch certain lessons at an increased playback speed.

A)  If you're going through it as a group package, yes.  Adults learn better by practicing, discussing, doing, teaching and coaching others.  The Simulation exercises provide an amazing learning experience, and the open-ended nature of the exercise relies on participants to go through the entire simulation.  Good news is that we would only schedule 1-2 hours maximum at one-time, and that you would be able to catch up in a different group if you missed one.

B) If you're not going through it as a group package, then no.  We understand you might already be further in the OpEx journey, so you can skip to the Simulations that would help you the most on what you're working on this year!  You can always skip some for good, or take them in the order that you prefer.

No fee and no risk at all.  If you don't buy the full program by the 60-day mark, you won't be charged... you'll just lose access to the lessons and the Coaching/Simulation calls.

Yes.  After completion, you'll immediately receive a Certificate of Completion.  We're sure that will put a smile on your face.  However, what will make you smile more will be how your career will rocket launch by the actions you will take during and after the learning process!
