This offer gives you access to 3 (minimum) to 15 (maximum) spots in a facilitated workshop where first 2 days are done remotely/hybrid, and last 2 days are done in-person.

What you'll get:

  • A 4-day customizable facilitated workshop to train, practice and do your Strategic Planning session, including the critical inputs into it.
    • First 2 days can be done remotely/hybrid
      • Kickoff
      • Training/coaching on Strategic Planning, Gemba Walks, Constraints, OEE, Loss Analyses
      • Videos, discussions, & assessments.
      • A fun group Simulation Exercise!
      • Get any doubts answered through group discussions and coach guidance. 
    • Last 2 days would be doing the real life VSM/OEE Analysis and Strategic Planning. This would be facilitated in a hybrid format, or in-person facilitated at an extra cost. 

The total price will be the same, regardless of the total participants. Only one payment is needed.   We will give others access to the lessons depending on the course needed.
