- Importance of constructing objective, specific, and concise questions for effective audits.
- Clear, direct, and focused questions provide auditors with the necessary information to drive the right conversation.
- The collective questions within one audit should ideally take no longer than 15 minutes for auditors to complete, ensuring efficiency in the auditing process.
- Ensure that the questions are tailored to the specific processes being audited, aligning them closely with the areas under scrutiny.
- Identify high-risk elements within work procedures and focus audit questions on those crucial aspects.
- When formulating LP questions, it's beneficial to reference existing resources such as FMEAs (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), and concerns or issues (quality, safety, productivity) for guidance.

Establish a regular schedule involving all levels of management
- Different management layers have different frequency of the same audits or even better, a modified audit where the higher levels audit the lower levels audit process is working effectively and issues are being addressed.

- Encourage to make layered process audits a habitual practice within an organization.
