Skill:  Create a Deployment A3 for your Pillar/Project Team, and prepare a short presentation to report-out in the Steering Committee meeting, "Why Use Visual Management in Your Projects".

Skill:  Create or update a Layered Process Audit schedule (as improvements are made and need to sustain), and on sharing it with the stakeholders.

 

Typical coachee:  Leader of Daily Management System, Quality Management, Safety & Environment, Autonomous Maintenance, 5S Workplace Organization Pillar or Sub-pillar.  

 

Knowledge needed:  "Why and How to Implement Layered Process Audits", "How to Make Leadership Buy Into Layered Process Audits", "Leader Standard Work", "Gemba Walks".
