We agree there's no need to keep over-complicating things by coming up with a new term like Integrated Business Planning. But from what you saw in the video, why is it important to not allow your S&OP process to focus on the short-term execution. If you've seen this happen in your organization, how can we shift the focus to more of a longer-term planning and really integrating the key stakeholders?
