Question 1 of 5

What are the benefits of Planned Maintenance?

Question 2 of 5

In which of the areas/steps of Planned Maintenance do you have the biggest opportunities in your organization at this point?

Question 3 of 5

With that information, and looking at your organizational structure, do you already have an idea of how you could structure your Planned Maintenance Sub-pillar team?  Do we need to get a sub-pillar team leader or backup leader trained?

Question 4 of 5

The lesson mentioned the PM Sub-Pillar is also responsible for the Maintenance PCS (PCS is what we know as Daily Management System).  Would we have a team-member who is both in the DMS Pillar and in the TPM Pillar or PM Sub-pillar, so that we can learn/align/collaborate?

Question 5 of 5

Do we have pre-requirements not met before we tackle the opportunity priorities of Planned Maintenance?  Example: basic work order management and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS systems), basic Maintenance Planning & Scheduling practices, basic Spare Parts Management.

With this in mind, do we need other sub-pillar teams in these areas?
