What do you disagree with in this video? We disagree about the need for 2% CI resources per 100 people. What is the risk of growing your CI "Department"? We strongly agree 1 full-time CI Manager is a "Must" for a plant of at least 100 employees, but we believe in training and empowering other folks in their area of expertise. What about any of these tasks he mentioned? (picture below)
